Shake the container vigorously at least 20 times before using it.

Place the container in an upright position and put the applicator over the valve.

Bend the applicator to the side so that it fills with foam.

While lying down, insert applicator deep into the vagina near the end of the cervix. 

Push the plunger and release the foam. 

You need to apply another applicator with each sex act or if it has been longer than one hour since application.
