Vaginal Contraceptive Film Instructions

Wash your hands thoroughly. Remove the 2x2 inch square of film from the pouch and fold VCF in half. With dry fingers place the film on the second or third finger. With one very swift movement, place the VCF high in the vagina against the cervix Always read complete instructions before use.

VCF must be inserted not less than 15 minutes and not more than one hour prior to intercourse. The full 15 minutes must elapse before intercourse to be sure the Film has dissolved completely. If more than one hour has elapsed since VCF was last inserted, insert another Film.
